BACALAH KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI INI DENGAN HATI-HATI, CERMAT DAN TELITI AGAR ANDA DAPAT MENGERTI DAN MEMAHAMI KEBIJAKAN YANG KAMI TERAPKAN DALAM MENGATUR INFORMASI PRIBADI ANDA SEBELUM ANDA MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN DARI SITUS WEB DAN APLIKASI MOBILE YANG DIKELOLA SOKRATES.

Kebijakan Privasi ini berisi penjelasan atas perlindungan dan penggunaan data dan/atau informasi yang mengidentifikasikan atau dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pengguna (“Data Pribadi”) situs web https://sokrates.id/ (termasuk situs-situs turunannya) dan aplikasi mobile yang dikelola oleh Sokrates (“SOKRATES“).

Kebijakan Privasi ini berlaku untuk setiap informasi yang dikumpulkan dan digunakan oleh SOKRATES ketika anda sebagai pengguna (“Pengguna“) mengakses dan/atau menggunakan situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES yang menautkan Kebijakan Privasi ini kepada Pengguna.

Data Pribadi Pengguna

Untuk dapat mengakses layanan pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES, Pengguna perlu melakukan registrasi dan melengkapi Data Pribadi berupa nama, alamat e-mail, nomor telepon, serta informasi lain yang dibutuhkan SOKRATES sebagaimana diperlukan untuk memberikan layanan sesuai tujuan dan fungsi setiap situs web turunan https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES yang Pengguna gunakan. Pengguna menjamin dan menyatakan bahwa setiap informasi yang diberikan oleh Pengguna kepada SOKRATES dalam situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES adalah informasi yang akurat, valid dan sah. SOKRATES mewajibkan Pengguna untuk mengirimkan informasi dasar untuk memudahkan proses verifikasi identitas Pengguna, dan memastikan Pengguna sudah berusia dewasa secara hukum. Batasan Usia

SOKRATES mematuhi batasan dan persyaratan usia sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Layanan dalam situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES diperuntukkan bagi Pengguna yang berusia minimal 18 tahun atau sudah menikah dan tidak berada di bawah perwalian. Jika SOKRATES mengetahui bahwa SOKRATES secara tidak sengaja telah mengumpulkan Data Pribadi dari Pengguna yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun tanpa persetujuan orang tua dan/atau wali yang sah, maka SOKRATES akan meminta Pengguna untuk meminta persetujuan dari orang tua dan/atau wali yang sah untuk mendaftar dalam situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES. Data Pribadi Pengguna akan digunakan untuk keperluan SOKRATES, termasuk namun tidak terbatas dalam proses log in maupun log out pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES, untuk kepentingan survei serta riset dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan keamanan situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES.

SOKRATES mengumpulkan data dan informasi Pengguna sewaktu Pengguna menggunakan situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada informasi lokasi umum yang meliputi informasi geografis, alamat IP, kota dan negara bagian dan/atau kode pos yang terkait dengan alamat IP dari perangkat seluler serta komputer Pengguna; sumber rujukan; lama waktu Pengguna menggunakan layanan dari situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES; periode kunjungan; page views dan klik, maupun informasi lainnya didapatkan SOKRATES secara otomatis sewaktu Pengguna mendaftar dan/atau mengunggah data dan/atau menggunakan layanan pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES. SOKRATES juga mengumpulkan informasi dari akun media sosial yang diizinkan oleh Pengguna untuk diakses oleh SOKRATES pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES yang Pengguna gunakan.

SOKRATES juga akan mengirimkan update berkala pada akun Pengguna selama periode tertentu dalam bentuk informasi dan/atau promosi dan/atau perubahan pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES yang akan berpengaruh terhadap Pengguna.

Dalam melaksanakan layanan pada situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES, SOKRATES dapat memberikan dan/atau memproses dan/atau mentransfer data dan informasi Pengguna baik secara sendiri maupun bekerja sama dengan afiliasi SOKRATES dan/atau pihak ketiga penyedia layanan pemrosesan data yang telah melakukan kerja sama dengan SOKRATES untuk tujuan administrasi dan/atau riset dan/atau penawaran produk dan/atau dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan terhadap Pengguna sesuai dengan tujuan pengoperasian situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES.

Hak Pengguna

Sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia, Pengguna berhak mengajukan permintaan kepada SOKRATES, untuk:

memberikan akses ke dan/atau salinan Data Pribadi Pengguna yang disimpan dalam situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES;
melakukan perubahan dan/atau penambahan dan/atau pembaruan Data Pribadi Pengguna;

mencegah penggunaan dan/atau pemrosesan Data Pribadi Pengguna untuk tujuan pemasaran;

SOKRATES akan mempertimbangkan permintaan Pengguna dan memberikan tanggapan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku. Keamanan Data Pribadi Pengguna

SOKRATES berkomitmen dan berintegritas dalam menjaga Data Pribadi Pengguna, di mana Data Pribadi Pengguna hanya akan digunakan terbatas untuk tujuan kegiatan SOKRATES dan tanpa tujuan lainnya. SOKRATES akan mengambil langkah keamanan teknis dan organisasi dalam melindungi Data Pribadi Pengguna yang diberikan Pengguna dalam situs web https://sokrates.id dan aplikasi mobile SOKRATES dari kehilangan, penyalahgunaan, akses tidak sah, pengungkapan, perubahan, atau penghancuran.
